The old and the new work well together, or so goes the theory behind our work with Melbourne Uni to create online video content to explain how to access their archives and special collections. Educational info delivered with video is one of the best examples of show-don’t-tell, as far as we’re concerned, so we’re pretty chuffed that a university agrees with us!
WHAT WE DID:
Amongst others, our Reading Room project with MU involved working with librarians and curators to explain exactly how to access materials from the Reading Room correctly, and to setup a shoot to accurately demonstrate this.
WHAT WE DELIVERED:
We created seven how-to’s to stick on the MU Reading Room website to help researchers and visiting students get a heads-up on all the do’s and don’ts, ahead of time, as well as a range of other videos for their Percy Grainger Museum.
